I had a marvelous stay at this hotel! The rooms are top-notch with all the necessary amenities, making it one of the best I've seen in a long time. However, the ongoing remodeling work for over 2 years did impact the overall experience with noise and some service issues in the Lounge.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a working desk and amenities like slippers, ironing board, and iron, with very comfortable twin beds. Although the hotel is kinda old, having access to the lounge was a nice touch. The service epitomized the highest standards, with staff attentive and resourceful in addressing any concerns. The location, while slightly far-outside the city center, was convenient with nearby subway access and other attractions. The dining experience offered a wide variety of dishes but could benefit from some updates. The facilities were adequate, though some areas could use renovation.
